Dory Jarzabkowski, D.O., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.O.I.

Dr. Jarzabkowski specializes in adult cardiology. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, earning her degree from the University of Illinois. She earned a master’s degree in Hospital Administration at Governors State University and a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her board certifications include Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and a special interest in vascular diagnostics. Dr. Jarzabkowski is also Level II certified in Cardiovascular CT Angiography. Dr. Jarzabkowski joined IHLA in 2002. She frequently speaks on issues concerning women’s health and is a principal investigator in pharmaceutical research studies with the Illinois Heart and Lung Research Center, S.C. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Osteopathic Internists (ACOI) and a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC), American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT), Illinois State/McLean County Medical Society, and American Medical Association (AMA). She currently serves as Chairman of Cardiology and Medical Director of the echocardiography lab at BroMenn Regional Medical Center. The Jarzabkowski family resides in the Bloomington-Normal area.
