Alan S. Ginzburg, M.D., F.A.C.C.P.

Dr. Ginzburg specializes in adult pulmonary and sleep medicine. He was born in New York, NY. Dr. Ginzburg earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He is board certified in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Ginzburg joined IHLA in 2009 after practicing in the Bloomington-Normal area since 1995. He is a principal investigator for Illinois Heart and Lung Research Center, S.C. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FACCP) and a member of the American Thoracic Society (ATS), American College of Physicians (ACP), Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), National Association of Medical Directors of Respiratory Care, Illinois State/McLean County Medical Society, and American Medical Association. Dr. Ginzburg serves as Medical Director for the Intensive Care Unit, Respiratory Care and Arterial Blood Gas Lab at BroMenn Regional Medical Center. He is also president of BroMenn Medical Staffing, a member of the Medical Executive Committee for BroMenn Regional Medical Center and a member of the Board of Directors for BroMenn Healthcare Hospital. Dr. Ginzburg and wife have three children.
