Andrew Button, PA-C

Andrew (Andy) Button was born and raised in Morris, Illinois. He began his career in medicine as an EMT-A in Morris, progressing on to firefighter/paramedic with a suburban Chicago Fire Department, and ultimately serving as a flight paramedic with Loyola University Medical Center. Desiring a greater role in healthcare, he completed his Physician Assistant studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Returning to Central Illinois, Andy has been with IHLA since 2001. Andy currently practices with all of the cardiologists, and assists with hospital rounds, clinic visits, and non-invasive stress testing. Licensed by the NCCPA, he is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American College of Cardiology. He resides in Bloomington with his wife and two children.
